Our Commitment to the Black Community

As a white-owned business, we commit to holding ourselves and our team members accountable in being active participants against racism in our establishment and community at the micro level.

We will encourage conversation and individual activism, share resources, and continue questioning our messaging and company culture.

We will have a zero tolerance policy for any level of racism within our business and will make it our responsibility to speak up when we witness racism in our store or community, regardless of its potential effects on our profits.

Furthermore, we commit to better supporting Black creatives and entrepreneurs. We will actively seek out vendor relationships that are outside of our usual network.

We will share any and all information and resources we have on business growth, finance, and entrepreneurship and dedicated our time to supporting local organizations that lift up Black businesses.

Above all, we commit to being a safe establishment for the Black community - physically and emotionally.
